These Terms of Sale govern all purchases and contributions made through the Smart Investor Leader platform (smartinvestorleader.com), operated by Smart Investor Leader.

Products and Services

Smart Investor Leader offers digital products, subscriptions, courses, merchandise, and campaign contributions. All digital products are delivered electronically upon payment confirmation.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Smart Investor Leader does not store credit card information. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

Refund Policy

• Digital products: All sales are final once delivered or accessed.
• Subscriptions: May be cancelled anytime; no partial refunds for unused periods.
• Campaign contributions: All contributions are final and non-refundable as they directly fund children's education.
• Merchandise: Refunds handled case-by-case within 14 days of receipt for damaged or incorrect items.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment to the email provided. Physical merchandise ships within 7–21 business days.
