1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any part of Smart Investor Leader ("the Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Platform

Smart Investor Leader is a holistic wealth platform built around the 7 Dimensions of Life. It combines a wealth dashboard, an AI life & wealth coach, courses, community, events, journaling, fitness and finance tools, fundraising campaigns, and a Smart Shop — designed to help members build balanced, fulfilled lives.

3. Membership Plans

• Starter Plan — $27 one-time: member access to the dashboard, AI coach, courses, community, shop, and campaign support.
• Premium Plan — $97 one-time: everything in Starter plus the ability to create and sell paid courses and events, run fundraising campaigns, and earn an 80% revenue share on course sales.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are one-time charges processed securely via Stripe. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Your membership grants lifetime access to the features included in your chosen plan.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Abuse, harassment, or hateful behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Spamming, mass unsolicited messaging, or scraping member data.
• Any illegal activity, fraud, or violations of applicable law.

6. Content Policy

Premium members may create courses and events. All user-created content must be lawful, respectful, and appropriate for a general audience. We may remove content that violates these guidelines or suspend accounts that repeatedly breach them.

7. Course Revenue Share

Premium members earn an 80% revenue share on paid courses they create and sell through the Platform. The remaining 20% covers platform and payment infrastructure. Payouts are processed according to our creator payout terms.

8. Intellectual Property

Smart Investor Leader owns the platform infrastructure, branding, and original content. You retain ownership of the content you create. By publishing content on the Platform, you grant us a limited licence to host and display it as part of the service.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Limitation of Liability

Smart Investor Leader is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Educational content and coaching are informational and do not constitute financial advice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
